Each month has two moon phases.
The waxing phase goes from the new moon to the full moon. it is an outward energy. Best to initiate projects, develop and be full of energy.
The waning phase goes from the full moon to the next new moon. The energy is then declining and it is best use inward and for activities requiring less expansion.
The full moon is a peak of lunar energy. Avoid opening up on that day/night by partying or having casual fun.
The new moon is good to plan intentions and do rituals of manifestation.
