Astrological season: We are in the second month of the astrological autumn season. This season is made of the Monkey, Rooster and Dog signs.
The Rooster is a pure Metal sign and marks the peak of the Metal cycle. It is of a Yin Metal nature and only contains Yin Metal as a Root.
The Stem this month is Ding or Yin Fire. It is the fire of a candle, one that can guide and shed a new light. It sparks can ignite greater fires still.
The combination of this month is like a candle being reflected in a mirror. It is elegant and illuminating. There is however at its hart a conflict between Yin Metal and Yin Fire that will also manifest tensions in the world. I invite you to read my world predictions to discover more.
Jia Qi (sub-seasons, based on solar terms). They were devised on the Chinese calendar and might resonate a bit less in the Southern hemisphere.
Here is the Feng Shui map of this Chinese month, before adding the Flying Stars..

Monthly Feng Shui
This month East is a very sensitive sector, being both the month breaker and the 3 killings. Leave this sector as quiet as possible; do not slam any door in this location of your home.
South is a sensitive sector all year long, as it is affected by two annual afflictions. This month is hosts the 5 yellow Flying Star so should defnitely not be disturbed. The Peach blossom in this area is therefore unusable.
Northeast receveives the Robbery Sha. Keep it quiet if possible.
West receives the Grand duke. It therefore should be letft quiet as much as possible.
The other sectors are neutral. That is, until we take a look at the flying stars of the month…
Flying Stars of the Ding You month
This is where the various Flying Stars land this month. On the left is the monthly Star map; the right illustration is monthly and yearly Stars combined.

The prosperous Stars are: 9 and 1 primarily, then 6 and 8
You’ll have noticed that the monthly star repeat the yearly star in each palace this month. This creates some very auspicious combinations.
North has a double 6 that is auspicous. It still however has some of the annual afflictions. You can spend more time there.
Northeast gets a double 4. While 4 is not considered one of the auspicous Stars, a double 4 (sum of 8) is seen as mostly auspicous. You can more spend time in Northeast.
East see a very auspicious 8-8 combination. It however has 2 of the montly afflcitions. You can spend time in East and activate it carefully this month – see my membership.
Southeast benefits from a great 9-9 combo. It is the most auspicius sector of the month. Spend time in Southeast and activate it by keeping a light on over there (unless you know you have a 5 Star here on your plan).
South is a sector badly affected this year. This month is receives the doule whammy of a double 5 yellow star. Some argue that the sum of 10 brings good effects too but best is to not try our luck here. Put some metallic objects in South or use a large windchime with 6 metallic rods. Keep the area quiet and minimise its use if possible. Avoid having lights on too much.
Check the yearly remedies in this sector.
Southwest receives a double 7 that is quarrelsome Keep the area as quiet as possible.
West receives a 3/3 Wood combination, as well as the Grand duke this month. Keep the area as quiet as possible.
Northwest receives a 2/2 Stars combination that is not auspicious. Keep it quiet and don’t let lights on all the time too much in this room.
The centre receives an auspicious 1/1 combination. You can spend more time over there.
To summarise:
The flying stars is a numerological system that transcribes some movement of the Chi. So, to be simple; it is a map of the movement of the universal energy and this map is coded through a numerology that gives every star a number attributed to one of the 5 Elements. For example the Star 1 is considered auspicious and is a Water Star 5 is negative, being linked to illness and calamities and is an Earth Star. The Stars move according to the cosmic flow; they are Stars movement every 2 hours, every day, every month and every year. In this section we are looking at the monthly Stars that have a great influence. The yearly Stars and the auspicious or inauspicious combination they form with the monthly Stars are also analysed and are the basis of the advice I give you in this section.
Keep in mind that your home has its own flying stars, a chart established through the date of construction, renovation or sometimes move-in date. Those stars MUST be analysed and remedied in priority. It is on top of those stars that we use the monthly and yearly stars. Do NOT stimulate for long a room of your home that has the Flying Star 5, outside of 2 hours period I can give you in the Luck boosts. You can use the Luck boosts regardless as they are tapping into a powerful good Chi for the sector during 2 hours. You can contact me for this analysis of your home chart.
